Mario and Fluttershy 5

Mario and Fluttershy finally made it to the top. the mountain was surrounded by 7 Geysers which occasionally shot out a strong blast of steam, that was why it was called Crown Mountain, because the Geysers made the top look like a crown

inside a large hole in the middle had tons of magma, but also the second temple which contained a pale yellow Mystical Gem. but the two had to be careful, there was no clouds inside the mountain which turned out to be a volcano

but as the two went onto another cloud. Wizzarah appeared in a black smoke

"i'm impressed you got up this mountain with ease. but now lets see how you can handle Laveel"

with that Wizzarah, shot a black lightning bolt at the Mystical Gem sealing it in a pink barrier. then in a flash of light, the magma underneath surrounded the Mystical Gem transforming into a deadly serpent known as Laveel

but just as the battle was about to begin. Fluttershy collapsed, Mario grew shocked realizing that Fluttershy was exhausted from the cloud hopping and Mario's weight. Mario became nervous, with Fluttershy down for the count, Mario couldn't fight on the clouds, so he quickly jumped from Fluttershy's back onto the mountain top

but Mario could not fight, the top was way too hot for Mario's heat resistant boots, making it impossible for the heroic plumber to even stay in one spot for even half a second. but what should catch Mario's eyes on one of the clouds. none other than a 'Cloud Flower'

Mario jumped as high as he could dodging Laveel's fire breath. with just a brush of his finger touching the Flower. it activated turning him into Cloud Mario, thus enabling him to walk on clouds without falling through

despite his ability to walk on Clouds, Mario still had a disadvantage, if he got close, the heat would be too much, Laveel has dangerous fire breath attacks and not even Mario's fire balls, his only range attack would do anything but make it stronger

Mario did notice something about the Geysers. when Laveel was summoned, the shock-wave caused by it made large boulders fly from the volcano and land on the Geysers, which would be shot up when the Geysers erupt but plop back into the Geyser hole

"THATS IT!" Mario thought as he jumped from cloud to cloud until he reached one of the Geysers dodging the fire balls and fire breath. as that Geyser erupt shooting the boulder up, Mario jumped, took out his hammer and smashed it into the boulder causing it to fly straight into Laveel's weak spot. the pink barrier around the Mystical Gem

after a rinse and repeat method of smacking boulders into Laveel's weak spot. the barrier shattered and Laveel squealed as it turned back into normal magma, Mario obtained the second Mystical Gem

with that, Mario put Fluttershy onto one of Mario's own clouds and elevated themselves back down to the village where Fluttershy could rest properly. but one question came to mind

"why didn't Fluttershy tell Mario she was getting tired?
